This model totals the commissions at 6 month intervals and assumes that you get your designated percentage of 2-up sales from that previous 6 months.
There are three variables in this model:
  • "Recruits" is the number of new people joining your organization per month
  • "2-up Success Rate" is the percentage of your new recruits who make two pass-up sales to you in the previous 6 months
  • "Percentage of Level II sales" is the amount of sales at level II ($3000 commissions) relative to your total sales. The rest of the sales are level I ($1000)
